|Our approach to achieving Quality integrates the following activities to manage and support our PMO's quality actions for a continuous Improvement process:
• Quality Planning (QP): Identifying the relevant quality standards and determining how to satisfy them.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Evaluating overall project performance through process and work product
auditing to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards established during QP.
• Quality Control (QC): Monitoring specific products through testing to ensure they comply with
pre-determined requirements and meet the relevant quality standards.
• Quality Improvement (QI): Using output indicators to help identify better standards and practices in order
to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our services specific to the DHS requirements.
